We recently travelled to Mauritius for a 7 Days / 6 Nights family vacation, and our experience with Milestone Events was absolutely wonderful and memorable! What impressed us the most was the personal attention and care we received throughout our trip. A special thanks to Raj Ji for taking the initiative to upgrade our hotel property. This thoughtful gesture was such a lovely surprise and truly made our stay even more special. I would also like to give a special mention to Faraz from the Milestone Events team for his exceptional coordination, responsibility, and attention to detail. Everything was taken care of so proactively that we never had to ask or follow up for anything. One particular moment that really stood out was during our return journey from Mauritius via Mumbai. We had to fill out arrival forms for all four family members, including our two young children. Travelling with little kids can already be challenging, and I was just about to switch on my phone to fill out the forms when I received all four arrival forms from Faraz and the team. They had already taken care of it without us even having to ask! This level of thoughtfulness and anticipation truly made a difference. From hotel arrangements to travel coordination and all the small but important details, everything was managed smoothly, responsibly, and right on time. We didn’t have to worry about anything or remind anyone about our requirements. The entire trip was organised so well that we could simply relax and enjoy our family holiday.
